I went there with a Business Associate & requested double bed room. We have been given 1 king bed! When I explained the situation receptionist triedto sell us another room. The hotel turned out to a Club at midnight and at the exit, body guard stamped our hands for re entrance to the hotel. The music went on till 6 am! I had a horrible time. If you are a clubber and like to party wild that's your best bet. But if you are in town for business and interested in boutique hotels, stay away!

We truly enjoyed comfortable and decent location!!
Everything was simply perfect. We had a really good experience in this unique and exceptionally comfortable hotel. The room was modern and unique with the table sits, unique decor, and all other comforts. Location: the venue was short walk to the casinos, a nearby restaurant and downtown. The food at the tapas restaurant was good.

The hotel was amazing to look at. My husband has a very deep respect for art and he was in awe of the huge variety of art. I really like how each room was dedicated to a specific artist.
They charged my husband and my card for the $150 deposit and were unable to remedy the problem until after we had already checked out which caused a problem with the very little spending money we had brought to Vegas to spend. It was quite the inconvenience with nothing more than an apology.

great access to fun attractions and convenient dining options
And we were thrilled to be just a short stroll away from the Erotic Heritage Museum and Barcelona Tapas Restaurant, perfect for enjoying authentic local flavors during our urban explorations. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel to relax after a day of walking around the vibrant city, but the bathroom door in our room had trouble shutting properly, a minor inconvenience.

I loved the decor and layout of the place. Great music throughout the day. Loved the Patio area.
Did not like the staff, and the treatment. Loud housekeeping and not amazing room cleanliness. Pool is not for just guests, also is rented out by a company that throws parties on the weekends so you have to pay for the pool usage. Very Very Very far away form strip and have to walk through the ghetto to get it the monorail. Bad Bad neighborhood.

Ive wanted to stay at the artisan for 2 years now, and I now wish I hadn'T. They charged me $150 deposit, which I would get back upon checkout. Online, the room was $59 but totaled $90 when I got there, so I had to pay cash for the room. After 3 days of asking why I didn't get my deposit back and why I have a $40 pos on my card, after being told many different stories, I suddenly get the $150 deposit reversed and charged $225. I'm told they have a $250 charge for smoking in the room, which I didnt, and they will e mail me the proof and that I had to proove to them by bringing in their receipt that I paid cash!! None of this makes any sense to me, does it to you??
